Tuscan Sunset

While none of the ingredients come from Tuscany, three out of four come from Italy and the appearance of this cocktail suits its name oh so well. Here the sweetness of Purus collides with the sweetness of Strega which are balanced out by the bitterness of the Aperol and lemon juice.

  • 2 oz. PURUS Organic Vodka
  • 3/4 oz. Strega
  • 1/2 oz. Aperol
  • 1/4 oz. freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Lemon twist for a garnish


  1. Fill a cocktail shake halfway full with ice
  2. Add everything but the twist and shake well
  3. Strain into a coupe martini glass
  4. Garnish with a twist of lemon
