Purus Pear Tini

Pear nectar gives this drink just enough sweetness to balance out the bitter of lemon and dryness of the elderflower. A pinch of rosemary goes a long way to add an olfactory aspect to the drink, bringing out the elusive pear flavor just a bit more.

  • 1 1/2 oz. Purus Vodka
  • 1 oz. St. Germain Elderflower
  • 1 1/2 oz. Pear Nectar
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon juice
  • Pinch of fresh rosemary


  1. Shake and strain into a Martini Glass
  2. Garnish with a pear slice and rosemary sprig
