Purus Italian Greyhound

A simple recipe that you can create at home. Grapefruit juice is a key player but Purus and Campari bitters bring the Italian flare to this cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Purus Organic Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Campari bitters
  • 5 oz Grapefruit juice

Instructions

  1. Stir Purus and grapefruit juice together in a highball glass
  2. Float the Campari over a barspoon onto the top and serve
